Nick Davis

Nick is the CEO and a Corporate partner at UK law firm Memery Crystal. He heads the firm’s Natural Resources Sector Group and has been recognised by Chambers UK as a Band 2 lawyer for AIM and a Band 4 lawyer for Energy & Natural Resources: Mining, both rankings he has held for a number of years. Nick specialises in corporate transactions, including flotations of companies both on AIM and the Main Market. Nick has experience in acting for companies, nominated advisors and brokers and has advised on primary and secondary listings for many overseas companies. Nick advises on acquisitions and disposals of public and private companies as well as on cross-border transactions. He has particular expertise in the oil and gas sector with Gulf Keystone, Green Dragon Gas and Rose Petroleum being a few of his recent clients.
