Dirceu Amorelli
Director at Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP - Brazil): Brazil: Scenario and Opportunities
Dirceu Amorelli is Brazil's federal administration servant, approved through 2005 public tender for the position of Specialist in Regulation of Oil, Gas and Biofuels at the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). In November 2017 he was approved by the plenary of Senate to compose ANP Board. As Director of ANP he manages the Superintendences of Promotion of Bids, of Development and Production, of Supply Inspection, and of the Inspection Nucleus of Oil and Natural Gas. He previously acted as Superintendent of Exploration (upstream), Technical Data (upstream), and of Supply (downstream). In the private sector, served as logistics executive for large multinational corporations, including Logística and Americas' Beverage Company (AMBEV). Author and coauthor of published works and technical papers in the fields of Engineering and Energy Planning.
