Jay Park

Jay Park QC is Managing Partner of Park Energy Law.  Over the past 36 years he has advised oil companies, governments, state oil companies, investment banks and multilateral agencies such as the World Bank in oil and gas projects in over 45 countries.   Currently, Jay is actively involved in the implementation of Mexico's hydrocarbon reforms.
