Andrés is an energy professional with over 15 years of experience in the Management Consulting, E&P and Oil Field Service industries, primarily focused on Latin America. Based in Houston, Texas, he has extensive knowledge of the region and has worked with NOCs, IOCs, and OFS companies in areas including strategic planning, forecasting, negotiation strategy, energy policy analysis, and economic/financial modeling. He currently leads the Latin America Research group within Welligence Energy Analytics, specializing in O&G Research and Data Analytics.
